This package contains everything you need for effective training. The material beats the classic metal bars with a pleasant texture and if one falls off, there is only a soft impact. The locks are easy to handle, all dumbbells can be variably equipped with the correct weight distances. Just the thing for outdoor sports on the balcony or garden, the parts won't rust. What might be missing for beginners would be more comprehensive, illustrated training instructions.
