In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directives, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind and return your item for a refund or exchange.

2. Hygiene & Safety Restrictions

To maintain the highest health and safety standards for our community, certain products have specific return requirements:

  • Yoga Socks & Shapewear: These are classified as "Hygiene Sensitive" items. They can only be returned if the original hygiene seal is intact and the packaging is unopened. Once these items have been worn or the seal broken, they are non-returnable.

  • Fitness Equipment (Treadmills, Machines): Must be returned in original packaging with all components (manuals, power cables, etc.).

  • Outdoor Gear (Tents, Water Guns): Must not have been used outdoors. Tents must be folded in their original carry bag.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@agilithor.com with your Order Number and "Return Request" in the subject line.

  2. Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the address of our nearest UK or EU warehouse.

  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged (e.g., a cracked dumbbell or a faulty electric scooter), please notify us within 48 hours.

  • We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

  • You will receive a 100% refund or a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is inspected at our local warehouse:

  • Approval: We will notify you via email.

  • Payment: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days.
